The site was uploaded January 12. We're using drupal. It should provide an adequate working environment for collaboration and it will scale well to be able to handle a considerable load...

There are several levels of access already defined: public (anonymous), member, editor, director, and admin. There's pretty fine-grained control over who gets to see and do what. Most of the interesting stuff requires you to be signed in, for now. Directors have to take care when exercising some of their site management privileges.

Posts allow for filtered html at the moment, until we pick a text editing module to use. The tags you can use are listed in the input format link below the text entry field.

Be sure to check the publishing options link when you make a post.

We have to enable many more features and I will be picking out a test framework for managing media files, documents, and editing posts.

The site appearance theme is minimalistic, for now. It can be customized, but there are many off-the shelf themes that can be explored as well.
