AGM Meeting Dates
Hi Folks,
I am trying to set up a date for the AGM. I have booked the roundhouse community center in Vancouver for May 02, but Francis cannot make it. I need to get a sense if we are able to meet on a Friday, say between 2-4 pm. If so, I'll change the date to May 01. If not, we may need to try for a Sunday. So, perhaps a poll? I will contact all personally this weekend to see if I can find a date that works for everyone. (We need all the directors there to have a quorum.)

I am already planning to be in Vancouver May 15 to 17, and am available for part of the 16th (not afternoon though).
I could come to town the 1st, 9th, and 22nd as well. Since I may be on buses and ferries, Sunday afternoon is a bit dicey: I HAVE to be home Sunday night. Likewise, Fridays before 2 are a bit tight.
