These are various discussion topics that we will have to consider in our planning phase, gleaned from conversations and notes on this site. I intend to edit and add to this up to the AGM.

corporate affiliation • what kind of corporation, a publisher?

Umbrella, Hub, or Repository?
- more money as a storage enterprise, or as facilitator? can we run as a provider of education resources without true stewardship of materials?

- website-driven, so combine/mash all of it, or compartmentalize
- regional sections of site? temporal? various shades of taxonomy?

Storage philosophy
- storage vs. conversion
- artifact vs. access
- honouring the gathering process: convert immediately before rot sets in, make cataloguing part of intake
- design protocol thoroughly before accepting any material
- DV (SD) video: 15GB/hr x 100 hrs = $300 for duplicate HD's
